Terms and Returns
Yes, we have a return policy. We’re hoping we don’t have to use it and that you are satisfied with your purchase and that manufacturing defects are non existent.
However, if you are not satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. After that it’s yours. Refunds will be for the purchase price plus any tax that was charged.
If the purchased item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it for and refund or exchange within 30 days.
It would be nice to know on our part that the item was a actually purchased, so a proof of purchase will be necessary for all returns and exchanged. The product must be clean, and we do not refund or exchange for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Once we receive you item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, and you desire a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If an exchange is desired, please let us know where you want the replacement shipped.
If the returned item is not approved, It will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
All shipping costs are on you and are non-refundable.
